FASHION : I love colors, and when I got the opportunity to design clothing for the annual Harmony Concert, I created something I call “The Rainbow Connection Collection”!

I was thinking about how the “little black dress” embodies the best traits of the color black—versatility, sleekness, sophistication. I decided to expand this approach: each dress is designed to represent everything I love about each color of the rainbow. The purple crossover dress at the end isn’t part of the collection—I designed it for the director of the concert!

RED, ORANGE, YELLOW and PURPLE.I used the money raised from this collection to raise money for the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

I designed this outfit for the Genderfluid Fashion event at 2019’s Montclair Design Week. It was inspired by the iconic David Byrne suit and Joel Grey’s Emcee Costume from Cabaret.

This was a dress I made that I really love.

Look closely, and you’ll see the subtle newsprint pattern on both fabrics.
